Delta World Tire Company

I had never been to Delta World Tire before, but I will definitely be returning to this location. I came in needing just one tire, and I was impressed with the entire experience. The staff was amazing, the pricing was great, and they were very helpful throughout the process. They even sent me pictures of a few things they noticed on my vehicle that could potentially cause problems down the road. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely looks out for its customers instead of just trying to make a sale. I’ll definitely be returning to Delta World Tire when I’m ready for those repairs. Great staff, fair pricing, and honest service!

My sister recommended this place from her city, in Lake Charles and said they should have a place in Baton Rouge. Mr. Luis was top notch and was eager to hear my needs and meet them as well. I needed two new tires. The price was affordable. The place it self was very welcoming and accommodating with charging stations for your phone and refreshments. It was a great experience and I will be returning in the future. May God bless the location on O’Neal Lane. In Jesus name. Amen. 🙏🏾

Floyd and Ace had great customer service! They took care of my older model car in a quick and efficient manner for a very fair price! The lobby was set up great for me to sit and wait while they did the work. They had free coffee in a Keurig type machine, free bottled water and a vending machine for some soft drinks. They had charging stations for phones. I also noticed that they had a key drop off point for people coming really early or really late. Give these guys a try!

I went in with a coupon for a free oil change. Not only did they change my oil, they checked the tread on my tires, checked the fluid levels, checked the alignment, and a few other things. We found that I had a missing lug nut, so I got one and they put it on for me. They offered water and coffee while you wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seemed knowledgeable (I am a bit picky who I bring my car to). Luis was a huge help in explaining everything to me so I knew exactly what they were doing and what they found that still needed to be done. I highly recommend their business! Edit: I went for their grand opening and got a MAJOR discount on 4 new tires and an alignment AND they also gave me some free stuff along with a voucher for a free oil change. This is for sure my new favorite tire shop!
